Candyland before Easter

My niece and nephew came over for a fun-filled day at my house. It sure was fun! They played Candyland and boy oh boy Legos, monster trucks, you name it they did it! Sydney even participated.. following them around and making her brothers cry. I'd have to say she's gonna be a pitcher when she grows up, because youch she got them in the head everytime!

My kids had so much fun with Grandma! We were happy to be able to visit. Even for the short time, the break from reality was refreshing! Love the mild sun in StG (hate the normal weather) :)

Uncle Robert still in shock over losing his oldest daughter. I think he had the "feeling old" bug worse than me! Rightly so though, I mean he is older :) But guess what.. He's just gaining a son, and potential grandchildren later. Lets not mention grandchildren yet though.. Could be ugly at this point :)

Saturday=BusyDay

Let me tell you about our Saturday: Me, my bro Ben, and our combined kiddlings seat belted up and went to Gateway's Discovery Kids Museum.. Yes its a tad pricey, but a Bbbblast! The kids experimented, roamed and had tons of fun!! We returned home to hit the park where Talon and Spencer had fun building trenches around mud puddles while Sienna wallowed in the muddy grass. Bruno and I took alittle cruise practicing the leash and doggy socialization skills (talk about wearing a person out- btw he's over 60lbs now..4mo).

We escaped to the inside when... to our surprise some neighbor friends knock knocked at the door. This makes 7kids in my house.. all under the age of 8! Ouch and outside we went. I felt like I was herding wandering sheep! We played basketball, tag and chalked up my driveway. It was soo much fun! I loved it!! I have probably about 70 pics of Saturday.Funness! Btw.. The last post before this is about Saturday too.. (had to find a way to post more pics)- Enjoy!!

We went to the park and played with Bruno.

We learned a couple things.. 1. Bruno is HANDSOME and ENERGENIC

2.Bruno is a naughty dog! And we need to do some MAJOR leash training. HaHa. It was comical to watch, I'm sure.. A 50lb dog trying to drag Brandon or I around the sidewalks. :) We ran into someone who trains dogs, and she suggested a different leash and a few other things. Should be fun to give it a try!~
