Disneyland

Braden standing outside Tarzan's treehouse. There is Spence in the background doing what he does best, fiddling with things. Good thing it was Disneyland, and to be expected.
Spencer was so excited for the "pirate ship"! You can see it in the background pulling up.
Here is my Dad, Ofelia and my boys.
The kids in ToonTown.
We got to meet Mickey!
Marry Poppins!

Our favorite ride, Buzz Lightyear. Haha. Once we learned we could turn the cars, it was even funner. And there we have it! This vacation was a much needed break!

Toilet Training in the buff

Sydney has been VERY ready to toilet train for awhile now. Well today was the day! She has done quite well so far. Very cute in her little toddler panties, although they are very saggy-butt on her. I have a problem though.. She thinks she needs to be completely in the buff to use the toilet. Oh well, one thing at a time, right?

Grandpa turned 51!! WOW he's old!

Happy Birthday Grandpa.
We know you're old, but we still love you very much! I thought it would be fun to actually put 51 candles on his cake, he thought he'd be nice and let me "just" put the 5 and 1, but I wanted him to visualize it. HaHaHa. I love you Brent, we were very happy to be able to share in this special occasion with you!

P.S. Sorry for all the wax all over the frosting! There was, afterall, 51 candles.

Uno? Nope, definately dos.

Syd turned 2 on June 7!
We had a tinkerbell party. Here is Syd re-arranging her cake. P.S. Notice the tongue-of-concentration in the background? Priceless.
Uh. I think they enjoyed their chocolate cupcakes. What do you think?
The girls doing what girls do best. Thats right, eating chocolate. Sorry ladies, but we all know its true.
The boys chillin.

Syd is 2! Wow. She gabs, sasses, and fills us with joy! WE love her big smile and bo-bo hair (which is filling in if you haven't noticed). She can definately hold her own with her brothers! And I'm very proud to say that although she is the girlies little girl I've even seen, she is still my tough'n'get-dirty kinda gal. Happy Birthday BabyGirl! (btw notice the little finger jabs in the cake? Thanks Sydney. That's right, it's yours.)

I like 'em BIG

Here is your first glimpse of my pup at 8mo. And this is proving that Brandon can still pin him :) (Btw, I totally can too, and it doesn't take me as much work. So there)
Bruno likes to jump. He is about to get off the ground here. I'd have to say when we're playing and he jumps is the only time I'm afraid of his, uh, sheer size.
Yes, Bruno can palm a full-sized soccer ball in his mouth. Watch out Salesmen!
Here are all the boys in my family. They're all so DANG cute! I wish I could've got Bruno to put his ears up, but for some reason when we ask him to sit, he puts them back.

Talon (cousin), Braden and Spencer kicking back with my soccer dog. And yes, we do actually play soccer, Bruno and I. He's not too shabby either. Although I'd have to say, I think its cheating that he can carry the ball in his mouth. :)

So there you have it. My puppy growing up. I figure for his lifespan he's probably 7-8 in doggy years.

ZOOtacular

This year we bought a Hogle Zoo pass, and its been so worth it! We've been at least 4x and the warm weather is just beginning!

Memorial Day was a blast at the park. It was, of course, over crowded being a holiday, but we had fun! The boys picked which exhibits they wanted to visit, and each had a map leading us there. Haha, it was fun watching them try to give directions! Here's Braden seeing if he measures up. Don't worry Braden, size doesn't matter.

All day long Spencer wanted to see the gorilla. Everytime the map came out.. gorilla, gorrilla, gorilla. Well turns out, he didn't even LOOK at the oversized animal. All he wanted was a picture of his hand compared to its. Gosh.

Sydney loves animals. Its a perk to having a dog 5x her size.. I won't even mention what a pain... uh.. er.. I mean how cute it is at the dog park! But here she is with Daddy, riding shoulder style!
